These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the FastPickDrop website and related online pages operated by FastPickDrop LLC (“FastPickDrop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. What this website does

The website gives general information about FastPickDrop’s carrier-side dispatch and back-office support services. Website content does not guarantee a load, freight rate, revenue amount, broker approval, delivery result, or business outcome.

Submitting a form, sending an email, or booking a call does not create a paid dispatch agreement. Paid services begin only after FastPickDrop and the carrier sign a separate written agreement.

2. Our role

FastPickDrop provides support to motor carriers under written agreements. Our services may include load searching, broker communication, rate-confirmation support, carrier-packet assistance, load tracking, and paperwork support.

FastPickDrop is not a motor carrier, shipper, freight forwarder, insurer, or freight broker unless separately authorized and registered to perform those activities. FastPickDrop does not take possession of freight, receive broker or shipper freight payments, or make final load-acceptance decisions for the carrier.

The carrier approves or rejects every load and remains responsible for safe and lawful transportation. The signed carrier agreement controls the paid service relationship.

3. No guaranteed results

FastPickDrop does not guarantee:

• Load availability.
• A particular rate or rate per mile.
• Broker approval.
• Weekly revenue, profit, mileage, or utilization.
• Payment by a broker, shipper, or factoring company.
• A specific delivery result.
• That a carrier will receive any particular number of loads.

Freight markets, weather, traffic, equipment, driver availability, broker policies, cancellations, and other events can affect results.

4. Who we serve

We initially focus on dry-van and reefer owner-operators and small fleets. We may decline a carrier inquiry because of equipment type, authority status, insurance, service capacity, compliance concerns, payment history, or other business reasons.

5. Website information

We try to keep the website accurate, but we do not promise that all content is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for your situation. Website content is not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, safety, or compliance advice. Speak with a qualified professional for advice about your circumstances.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the website for an unlawful purpose.
• Submit false, misleading, stolen, or unauthorized information.
• Impersonate another person or company.
• Upload malware or interfere with the website.
• Access systems or information without permission.
• Copy, sell, modify, or distribute our content or branding without written permission.
• Use the website to harass, defraud, or harm another person.

7. Intellectual property

The FastPickDrop name, logo, text, graphics, layouts, forms, and other website materials belong to FastPickDrop LLC or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may view the website for personal or business evaluation. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

8. Third-party links and tools

The website may use or link to third-party services such as scheduling, forms, analytics, payment, email, SMS, document, hosting, and cloud-storage tools. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or policies. Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider’s terms.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in the FastPickDrop Privacy Policy. By submitting information through the website, you acknowledge that it will be handled as described there.

10. Communications

If you provide your email address or phone number, FastPickDrop may contact you about your inquiry, onboarding, services, invoices, and support. Marketing communications will be sent only as permitted by law and, where required, with your consent. You may opt out of marketing messages. Operational messages may still be sent when needed to provide a requested service.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” FastPickDrop disclaims warranties that cannot legally be excluded, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, FastPickDrop will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or reliance on website content. Liability related to paid dispatch services is governed by the signed carrier agreement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Indemnity

To the extent allowed by law, you agree to defend and hold FastPickDrop harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, false information, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will show a new effective date. Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any website dispute must be brought in the courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri, unless applicable law requires another forum.
